1. Introduction

• Our Role: Our role is to leverage technology to facilitate the search, comparison, and purchase of suitable student insurance coverage. By using our platform, you acknowledge that we act as a facilitator between you and the third-party insurance underwriters or licensed brokers.
2. Services Provided
• We provide brokerage services to assist students in comparing, selecting, and purchasing insurance policies from third-party insurers. We do not underwrite or issue insurance policies ourselves; we facilitate connections to licensed insurers.
• All insurance quotes, coverage details, and policy terms are provided by the respective insurers and are subject to their approval. We make no guarantees regarding policy approval, pricing, or coverage suitability.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Any misrepresentation may result in policy denial, cancellation, or claims rejection by the insurer.
3. Eligibility
• You must be at least 17 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services and make a purchase.
• Our services are intended for students or individuals seeking student-related insurance (e.g., health, travel, or tuition protection). You confirm that you qualify as such.
4. Payment and Fees
• All payments for insurance premiums and any brokerage fees are processed through our secure payment gateway. You agree to pay the amounts displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to policy disputes, claims denials, or data loss.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
